So I'm sitting in Politics, and I want to look like I'm actually doing something. I'm not taking notes beacuse I skipped Tuesday, and don't have those notes yet. So I decided that today I'm not going to take notes. When I get Ben's notes after class, I'll just copy both Tuesday's notes and today's notes. I think that it will make more sense to me that way; plus, I won't have to worry about how many pages to skip in my notes.

It seems that we're getting into some American History in our politics class. Sort of interesting; I'm sure it would make a little more sense if I'd been here Tuesday. :-)

I'm still exhausted. I was in bed by 9 P.M. last night. Dad called at 10 to let us know they'd gotten back into the States. Phil picked them up at the airport and I heard them come in about midnight. So my sleep was interrupted several times. Still, though, I slept great. I woke up for good at 9, so I was in bed for 12 hours. Not bad, if you ask me. But I don't feel like I really caught up on my sleep. I feel like I have jet lag or something, and I didn't even go anywhere. Hopefully I will be able to catch up on my sleep over the weekend. As far as I know, I don't have anything major planned.

It's a beautiful day today. I think it's supposed to get cloudy later on today, though. Bummer. It looks like it would be warm, because it's so sunny; it is rather mild, but not as warm as it looks it should be.

I need a Coke. Except I don't need a Coke. Hah. That makes a lot of sense, doesn't it. Well. I need a Coke because I'm tired and I need the caffeine to perk me up. I don't need it because I have already had several this week, and they're really not good for me.

Can you tell I'm just rambling now? I'm not really sure what else to write about. There's still about half an hour left in class.

Geography is going to be terrible today. We have a quiz, and I haven't even so much as glanced at my notes or anything. I'll be happy with ... dare I say it? ... I'll be happy with a C on this thing. I'm dreading it. All of my attention has been on that stupid mosaic; I barely did any other homework. I missed a day of notes, so I don't even have all of the notes. Everything comes straight from the book, though, so technically I could have studied. And I should have worked on the mosaic much more, much earlier. It's all my fault that I'm so tired and that I'm not prepared for my other classes. I understand that. I'll have to do better next time.

Hah. Hopefully there won't be a next time.

Oh. There's a new movie coming out tomorrow, called "Penelope." I don't know if any of you have heard of it. It's a fairy tale about this girl born with the nose of a pig, and she has to find some guy who will accept her and marry her. The preview looks really good. Don't know when I'll be able to see it... or if I'll be able to see it. Just a little wish. Knowing me, I'll probably find some way to see it. :-)

Speaking of movies, last Saturday Jenna and I went to see "Jumper." Usually I don't go for that genre of movie. It's definitely not a chick flick. :-P It was good; I probably would have liked it better if I enjoyed that type of movie more. I suggested it to Jenna because Phil's girlfriend had told us that her mom had seen it and said it was really good. Some of the parts could have been done differently. I thought that the "bad guy" found the Jumper too easily, and was too successful too soon. I thought that the chase scenes could have been prolonged, that the Jumper could have had better luck. I thought the ending was kind of lame, too.

Oh well. Enough about that.

Five minutes of class left. I think I'm done rambling. Hope I didn't bore you to death. :-P

P.S. I got a 70% on the Geography quiz that I didn't even remotely study for.
